Post. Menus

I offer a simple menu with intentions of support & ease so that you can concentrate on recovering & adapting to life with a newborn.

My menus offer a selection of meals that will be easy on the palate, but packed with nutrients so you can remain safe in the knowledge that what you're putting in your body is aiding recovery during this transformative time.

Currently there are two menu options available, The Essentials Menu, or the Supreme Menu, with vegetarian alternatives for everything. 

​​

I focus on a variety of meals, snacks, sides, bases & ‘additions’ that could be warmed up & consumed easily by yourself or by a partner, family member or friend.

Essentials Menu.

Includes:

​

  • 3x soups ​/ stews​

  • 1x seasonal curry / dhal

  • 2x condiments

  • 1x snack

​

Approximately 16 meals (or 8 if sharing with a partner) + snacks and condiments. 

Supreme Menu.

Includes:​

​

  • 3x types of bone broths (1L each)

  • 3x soups / stews

  • 3x condiments

  • 3x snacks

  • 1x seasonal curry / dhal

  • 3x ragus / mains

 

Approximately 28 meals (or 14 if sharing with a partner) + snacks, condiments & broth.
